She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl West and Bessie Brooks West (Dexter); her husband Bill Palmer Sr.; her sons, Michael Blodgett, Darryl Blodgett and Scott Palmer; and her granddaughter Carissa Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Calvin Blodgett of Okeechobee, FL, Kathy Norris (Jim) of Lyndon, VT, William Palmer Jr. (Joanne) of Lyndonville, VT and Phillip Palmer (Lynne) of Groton, VT; her daughter-in-law Donna Blodgett of Barnard, VT.; and her close friend Janet Puffer. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, two sisters, two brothers.
