She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fogg and Florence Fogg (Whitcomb); her husband Gordon Cook; her daughter Joyce Duncan; and her siblings, Margaret Rule, Nancy Doten, Donald and Lawrence Fogg.
She is survived by: her children, Gordon Cook (Pamela), Julie Cook Wellman and Andrew Cook of California; her grandchildren, Jonathan, David, Bethany, Amy, Jennifer, Sarah, Kelley and James; and her siblings, Nelson Fogg, Raymond Fogg of Springfield, VT, Kathy Bailey of Lyme, NH and Barbara Bowen of Jericho, VT. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
