He was predeceased by: his parents, George C., Sr. and Janet Packard (Sugimoto); his stepsister Jean Dawson; and his mother-in-law Ruth Wiegand (Merritt). He is survived by: his wife Linda Wiegand-Packard of Quechee; his sister Joyce Hamilton of Springfield, VT; his father-in-law John Wiegand of Quechee; and his siblings-in-law, Claudia Wiegand (Mark Kurth) of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Donna Wiegand-Bicknell (Raymond Bicknell) of Beebe Plain, VT, Jack Wiegand (Cindy) of Quechee and Michael Wiegand (Ghaddra Gonzalez Castillo) of Mercer Island, WA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
