She was predeceased by: her parents, C. B. Elliott and Ruth Elliott (Hall); her husband Michael; and her siblings, Eloise Patterson and Buddy Elliott.
She is survived by: her sons, Sean Bettis (Nadine) of Hartford and Brian Bettis of San Antonio, Texas; her grandchildren, Kevin, Justin, McKenzie and Brecken; and her siblings, Jack Elliott of Hopkinsville, Stephen Elliott of Clarksville, Tennessee and Sue Richard of Clarksville, Tennessee. She is also survived by her family, students, and neighbors.
