He is survived by: his parents, Bruce E. Johnsen and Eva Johnsen; his aunts and uncles, Barbara Johnsen Soued of Ballston Spa, NY, Steven R. Johnsen, Laura Sneed Johnsen of Doe Hill, VA, Ernest H. Johansen and Mona Johansen of Ocean Township, NJ; and his cousins, Erica, David Meccia (Florida), Jeremy, Breanna Johnsen, Jessie Johnsen, Jason Johnsen and Jake Johnsen (Virginia).
