He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Dow and Dexter Dow of Hartland, VT.; and his wife Joan Crouse Dow. He is survived by: his sister Pauline Ouelette of Brownsville, VT; his daughters, Christine Buckman (Shawn) of Weathersfield, VT, Jacqueline Collier (Kevin) of Perkinsville, VT and Jennifer Peeler of Hartland, VT.; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Elijah, Hayden and Nora; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor and Agnes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
