Marie A. Garneau Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marie A. Garneau of Hartland, Vermont, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 10, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hunt and Margaret Hunt (Marmaud); and her siblings, Harold, Christine and Elaine.

She is survived by: her husband Moe; her children, Michael Garneau, Desiree Garneau and Donna Dubois; her siblings, Ruth Dawley of Charleston, RI, Patricia Duval of Coventry, RI, Margaret Hunt of Woonsocket, RI and Charles Hunt of Warwick, RI; and her pet Fez. She is also survived by five grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jack Byrne Center for Palliative and Hospice Care or Visiting Nurse and Hospice for VT and NH.
