With sadness, we share the passing of Georgette Johnson of Highgate Center, Vermont. Georgette, born on May 13, 1927, passed away on September 28, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Georgette Johnson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Daignault and Yvonne Daignault (Morin); her husband Robert Johnson; and her brothers, George, John, Allen, Cyril and Maurice Daignault.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia (Reynald Godard), Stephen (Linda Johnson) and Mary (Michael Golovach); her grandchildren, Kevin, Brian Godard, Daniel, Susan and Amy Johnson; and her caregivers, Donna, Mary, Katie, Tom, Kim and Patty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brady and Levesque Funeral Home (86 S Main St, St Albans City, VT 05478). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Brady & Levesque Funeral Home (86 S Main St, St Albans City, VT 05478). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (290 Fairfax St, St Albans City, VT 05478).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the American Heart Association.
