We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2023, at the age of 36, Patrick Jon Wiegand of Highgate Center, Vermont, born in Stoughton, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, Gerald Wiegand (Tina) and Michele Wiegand (Dodin); his fiancé Alyson Hansen; his children, Devon Hansen, Dante Wiegand, Damian Wiegand and Destiny Wiegand; and his siblings, Corey Wiegand (Sheri), Allan Reynolds (Courtney), Kelly Reynolds, Matthew Reynolds and Josh Reynolds (Amy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
