She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ellsworth, Mae Ella Fernald and Drive Through. She is survived by: her parents, Kevin Fernald of Hardwick and Lisa Jones Barry (Tom Barry) of Hyde Park; her cousins, Mallory Jones, Taylor Jones, Emily Marcoux and Heather Dunbar; her brothers, Cody Fernald of Denver, CO and Dylan Fernald of Hyde Park; her siblings' child Mae-Ella Fernald; her children, Hannah, Bailey, Kaiden, Gavin, Hadley and Everleigh; her stepgrandmother Agnes Thomas of Bakersfield; her great-aunt Elizabeth Hanscom of Hyde Park; her boyfriend Cody Horner of Hyde Park; her cousins, Steven, Carolyn Jones, Brian, Paulette Jones, Kathy Fernald, Darla White, Michael, Denise Valyou, Dwain, Maddie Fernald, Gayle, Richard Fuerst, Jay, Joy Leblanc, Shellie and Kenneth Letourneau; and also Tommy Barry of Essex. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles.
