The passing of Leo Casavant of Island Pond, Vermont leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 9, 2025 at the age of 94. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Leo departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Leo may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Leo leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Casavant and Marie Casavant (Blanchard); his wife Marilyn Webster; and his sisters, Denaige Trembly and Lilian Cyr (Albert).
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Casavant of Island Pond, Stephen Casavant (Jane) of Barnet and Diann Bigelow (Joshua J. Covell) of Rutland, Vermont.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Coventry Cemetery. The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the same location.
