He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce; his parents, Buelow and Marion; and his siblings, Louis, Mark, Mary and Hilda.
He is survived by: his children, Martha and David; his grandchildren, Morgan, Owen and Gretchen; his sisters, June and Anna; Jake.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Vermont Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, as Joyce's blindness from macular degeneration in her late years greatly affected them both.
