He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin R. Gilman and Rena B. Gilman (Noyes). He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Bartlett Comeau; his son Thomas Duane Gilman; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Owen and Olivia Gilman.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lyndon Center Cemetery.
Due to medical problems (Parkinson's) Duane had to back away from playing music in 2020.
