He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Don and Hattie Norris (Pomery Poulin); and his siblings, Raymond Poulin, Virginia Jarrosak and Donna Patoine.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine H. Carl of Orleans; his children, Amanda (Paul Lane), James (Kathleen Norris), Donald (Lynn Norris) and Jeffery A. Norris of Sutton; his grandchildren, Kelly Lemieux, Tanya Fornier, Sarah Lane Johnson, Jean Norris, Jeffrey N. Norris, Michelle Lane Aubert and Ariane Kittredge; and his great grandchildren, Zachary, Brooke, Joshua, Taylor, Aaron, Leigh, Eliza, Wylder and Maelle.
