She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Parent and Myra M. Parent; and her husband Vernell Forthun. She is survived by: her children, Linda Smith and Daniel R. Forthun (Sheila); and her grandchildren, Bryan Valley, Daniel A. Forthun (Brittany), Christopher Forthun (Samantha Jeffrey), Shawn McKeon (Heather), John Forthun (Alexis), Megan Baugh (Kennith) and Brittney Smith (Brendan Ruff). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, a great-great grandson and many nieces and nephews.
