She was predeceased by: her parents, Isadore F. Kozik and Adele Kozik (Rymarski); and her brother Donald Kozik. She is survived by: her husband James J. McKenna; and her children, James K. McKenna (Lee Reinhold) of Hampton, NH, Wendy L. Murphy (Scott) of Bennington, VT and Bonnie J. Musto (Edward) of Westwood, MA. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
