With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charlene Marie Kelton of Middlebury, Vermont, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the vast expanse of eternity, Charlene shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Charlene farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Carroll Kelton (Bud) and Joan Kelton (Grenon); and her sister-in-law Cathy Forbes. She is survived by: her husband Paul Lengyel of Middlebury; her children, Abbi Lengyel (Caydon Sieverding) and Ross Lengyel (Lydia); her grandchildren, Leni and Rocco Lengyel; and her aunts and uncles, Howard, Linda Kelton of Middlebury, Nancy and Jack Lebrun of Lebanon. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews, three great nieces and two great nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the American Legion (49 Wilson Rd, Middlebury, VT 05753).
