With solemn reverence, we commemorate John J. Starvish Jr. (Middlebury, Vermont), whose life came to an end on October 6, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Starvish and Tessie Starvish (Bartosiak); and his brother Chester. He is survived by: his wife Mary (McQuaid); his children, Margaret, John III (Shelley Vanderweil) and Anne Murphy (Liam); and his grandchildren, Clare, Rolf, Fritz Starvish, Jasiu and Jake Murphy. He is also survived by his family, and his many friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (326 College St, Middlebury, VT 05753).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Addison County Home Health and Hospice, 254 Ethan Allen Hwy, New Haven VT 05472.
