He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Chase and Audrey Chase (Bissett). He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Coleman (Chase) and Dorothy Holmes (Chase); his wife Pat (Mal); his children, Matt (Alycia), Cathy and Tim (Carrie); and his grandchildren, Hope, Lauren, Chloe and Dillon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and "honorary" grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Congregational Church of Middlebury, Vermont.
