She was predeceased by : her parents, Newton Hurlburt and Lorraine Hurlburt (Wheelock); and her husband Francis Provoncha. She is survived by : her children, Shirley Provoncha, Judy Goodrich and Mark Provoncha (Luis Carvajal); and her grandson Matthew Goodrich. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
