With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Jane Washburn (Middlebury, Vermont), who passed away on November 18, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Reimer and Helen Kinney Reimer; her brother Niles Reimer; her husband Knight Washburn; and her daughter Meredith Washburn.
She is survived by : her sons, Andrew Niles Washburn and Jonathan Reimer Washburn. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and a great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, Mary Jane requested memorial donations be sent to: Berea College, Church World Service, Endowment Fund of Shelburne Farms, Assistance Program Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church, or other charity of your choice.
