She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ronald McKee and Myrtle McKee (McElreavy); her brother Howard; her daughter Pam; her husband George Thomas "Tom" Lawson of Middlebury, VT; her children, Karen Ryden (Thomas) of Pepperell, MA, Michael Lawson of Rutland, VT, Pamela Quinn (Erin) of Middlebury, VT. and Dawn Re (John) of Chappaqua, NY.; and her grandchildren, Erik, Anders, Elisabeth Ryden, Samantha, Matthew, Jason Re, Hannah and Connor Quinn.

Donations in Phyllis' memory may be made to Addison County Home Health and Hospice or to the Alzheimer's Association.
