It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reece Thibault (Middlebury, Vermont), who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Peter Thibault and William Sheridan. He is survived by: his parents, Casey Lewis (Volk) and Joshua Thibault; his stepparents, Chad Volk and Theresa Wootton; his siblings, Mykenzie Thibault, Courtney Volk, Caitlin Volk, Isaac Sylvester, Logan Lewis and Chandler Volk; his grandparents, James, Donna Lewis, Norma Thibault and Criss Sheridan; his aunts and uncles, Megan Thibault, Ryan Lewis, Cody Lewis, Robert Sheridan, Joseph Sheridan, Shelby Sheridan and Shea Sheridan; and his close friends, Nathan Ellis, Thomas Given and David Forster.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sanderson Funeral Home (117 S Main St, Middlebury, VT 05753). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Middlebury Congregational Church (27 N Pleasant St, Middlebury, VT 05753).
