With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roland Ted Simmons Jr. (Middlebury, Vermont), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on April 26, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Roland shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Roland farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Simmons, and Helen Simmons, Sr. (Helenski); and his sister Frances Mohan (Bernard Mohan, Sr.). He is survived by: his sister Susanne Emery of Orwell; his niece Nicole May; his nephew Bernard Mohan, Jr.; and his great-nieces, Jessica Claudio and Brianna May.
