He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cook and Yvette Cook (Pominville); and his siblings, David and Patricia Walton. He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond Cook (Eileen) of Sudbury, Joanne Keith of Pittsford and Elaine Cook of Pittsford. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews & cousins.
