He is survived by: his mother Norma Wells; his daughter Chelsea Staples (Bradley Lamore); his grandchildren, Raelyn Staples and Theodore Lamore; his son Thomas Desilets (Krista Desilets); his grandchildren, Lincoln Desilets and Natalie Desilets; his sister Marie Johnson (Ken Johnson); his niece Kacey; his nephews, Chris and Nick; his half-sisters, Valerie Beauchemin, Karen Robert and Laura McLaughlin; his former wives, Tessa, Donna and Lynn; and his pet Libby.
