He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Prim and Kathleen Erva Prim (Baker); and his siblings, George Prim and Juna. He is survived by: his children, Cathy (Earl Peno), Kristy (Mark Burnett) and James "Jamie" Prim of Williston; his grandchildren, Shelby Peno, Hollis (Shelby Burnett), Tyrell Burnett and Christopher Peno; his great grandchild Theodore Burnett; his siblings, Bruce Prim, Reid (Deirdre Prim), Laurie (Leo Carrier) and Marci (Chuck Trayah); and his brother-in-law Marcel Richard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
