The family announces the passing of Joyce Rushlow of Milton, Vermont on July 13, 2026. Joyce, born on February 23, 1936, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lumbra and Helen Lumbra (Lagro); her sons, Kevin, Kim, Kent, Kerry, Kris and Keith (Lyle Rushlow); and her siblings, Victoria Dacres (Lumbra) and Gaysford Lumbra.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela (Robert Mchugh) of Swanton, Melody of California and Kurt (Rose) of Texas; and her sister Joan Rubino of Milton. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 17 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
