He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Chapman and Florence Chapman; his wife Daisy; his brothers, Gary Chapman and Richard Chapman; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Chapman and Jake Jacobsen.
He is survived by: his daughter Kendra Gorton (Brian) of Milton, VT; his grandchildren, Evan and Sydney; his friends, Chris and Linda; his siblings, Nancy Morgan (Frank), Robert Chapman (Ruth) and Marilyn Jacobsen; and his caregivers, Mary, Alicia, Louise and Shirley. He is also survived by daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren as well as many other loving family members and friends.
