It is with sadness that the passing of Micha Loeffler (Milton, Vermont) is shared. Micha, born on September 4, 1988 in Burlington, Vermont, passed away on October 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Vati. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Crowley; his parents, Hardy Loeffler and Katrine Loeffler; his sisters, Hanna Loeffler and Miriam; his brother-in-law Mark Monroe; his nieces and nephews, Christine, Aria Monroe, Finn, Jack, Reid and Lily Wells; his parents-in-law, Debbie and Ray Crowley; and his siblings-in-law, Heather and Dillon Wells.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eagles Club.
After his accident that caused paralysis in 2013, Micha was the recipient of grants to provide adaptive equipment from the Kelly Brush Foundation, in which he raced under the German flag honoring his heritage, for many years after his accident. This provided Micha the ability to continue his adventures, and knowing how important it is to continue to live life to the fullest, no matter the circumstance, we ask that in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Kelly Brush Foundation or Vermont Adaptive Sports in Micha's name.
