She was predeceased by: her parents, Allard Cross and Clara Cross (Devino) of Grand Isle; her husband Wayne A. Lafayette; her son-in-law Gary Duffy; her parents-in-law, Delbert and Frances Lafayette; and her siblings-in-law, Doris Mears, Elsie Sumner, Douglas Lafayette and John Sumner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marcia Duffy, Debra Deforge (Kincaid), Amy Lafayette, Pamela Lafayette (Donald Royce-Roll), Mary Parizo (Jeff), Bonnie Stillman (Scott), Susan Lafayette (Gary Jackson), Betsy Jordan (Matthew) and Deanna Lafayette (Keiran Rutherford); her grandchildren, Matthew, Kevin Duffy, Jessica Groeling, Kincaid, Lydia, Sadie Deforge, Winter, Willa Royce-Roll, Tabitha Tucker, Garrett Habecker, Addison, Lucy Stillman, Calvin, Stella Jordan, Beatrice, Luke and Isaac Lafayette; her great grandchildren, Alexander, Reese, West, Hobey Duffy, Evelyn, Philip Groeling, Anthony, Abigail Deforge, Cayden, Madilynn Tucker, Benjamin and Eliot Habecker; her sister Johana Harris; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Mears and Jane Lafayette.
