He is survived by: his wife Amy Johnson; his son Tyler Petherick; his brother Ronald Petherick Jr. (Diane (Direnzo) Petherick); his stepsister Jeannine Dinatale; his nephews, Ronald Petherick III and Michael Petherick; his granddaughter Emma Petherick; his stepdaughters, Stephanie Whitaker (Adam) and Ashli Earle (Tristan); his father-in-law Ebenezer Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Sarah Molesworth (Jon), Kenny Johnson (Marie Desilets), Thomas Johnson and Peter Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
