He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive Phenis and Alcidas Phenis; his wife Denise "Dee" (Hebert); his brother Maurice Phenix; Richard and Sarah Nichols.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy "Cynthia" Phenix (John Brunell (Milton); his cousins, Ruth Murray of St. Albans, VT and Dana Nichols (Penny (Fairfax); his niece Kim Flint (Richard (Highgate); his nephews, Shaun Fiske and Joe Phenix (Karen (St); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dakota Phenix of St. Albans Bay, VT and Oakley Phenix of Franklin, VT. He is also survived by three daughters and grandchildren.
