He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucien Tougas and Juliette Tougas (Marson). He is survived by: his wife Gail Tougas; his sons, Luke Tougas (Shagun) and Joe Tougas; his sister Diane Kearns; and his sibling's children, Michelle Mang (Bill) and Robert Johnson.
