He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey DeBaise (Hutson); and his mother Helen DeBaise. He is survived by: his father Dominick DeBaise; his children, Scott DeBaise (Chrissy), Charlene Bauer (Dan) and Christopher DeBaise; his grandchildren, Aiden and Lynden DeBaise; and his siblings, Lorraine Mikolinski and Dominic DeBaise. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
