We bid farewell to Glenna E. Hale (Montpelier, Vermont), born in East Montpelier, Vermont, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 9, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Hale and Ethel Hale (Parsons); her son Virgil Hale; and her siblings, Reginald Laundry, Velma Defrain, Calvin Hale, Hester Manning and Nathan Hale.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Patricia Roy (Joseph) of Clarksville, TN; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Jack, Nicholas Roy and Cirilla Roy; her siblings, Arthur Hale of East Montpelier, Charles Hale of Chandler, AZ and Dorothy Ciampi of Moretown; her niece Amy Yantz (Mark) of Montpelier; and her great-nieces, Alyssa and Allison Yantz.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the North Branch Cemetery.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the National Audubon Society or the Arbor Day Foundation.
