He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his sons, Andrew Turner Howard (MA) and Harold F. Howard (Chip); his grandchildren, Dylan (SC), Hunter (SC), Xavier (MA) and Vivian (MA); and his siblings, Gail Bradford (AL) and Tom (VT).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 108 Main St, Montpelier, VT 05602.
