It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jane Greensmith Lowe of Montpelier, Vermont, who passed away at the age of 93, on March 18, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Greensmith (Mellon) and James Henry Greensmith; her husband William B. Lowe of Longmeadow, Mass.; her children, Deborah J. Lowe and Michael G. Lowe; her brother Frederick P.; and her granddaughter Samantha Spoth.

She is survived by : her children, James S. Lowe, Thomas B. Lowe (Janelle Shorb), Steven K. Lowe, Barbara L. Watson (Bruce) and Constance M. Lowe (Cathy Caron); her grandchildren, Ami Frappier (Charles), Will Lowe (Adrienne), Andie Lowe (Gabriel Ely), Elizabeth Lowe, Caroline Edlund (Dillon), Emily Lowe, Bonnie Miles (Tim), Brian Watson (Taylor Kuske) and Ian Norton-Lowe; and her great grandchildren, Jennah, Mittasille, Abigail, Nathanial, Lucy, Stella, Lois, Iris, Chrissy, Ella, Reese, Alessia, Maddox, Raain, Zoiey and Persephone.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Guare & Sons, Barber & Lanier Funeral Home (30 School St, Montpelier, VT 05602). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's (1994 Mountain Rd, Stowe, VT 05672).
