He was predeceased by: his parents, Benton Holm and Miriam Holm (Lorimer); and his brother Peter Holm. He is survived by: his friend John Russell; his close friends, Tina, Jerry Kuhn, Maureen, Howard Mindell, Steve and Gisa Green; his wife Sabra; his stepchildren, Kristin Holm, Gary Smith, Erik Pendleton, Michael Pendleton, Sara Smiley Smith, Evan Smith, Drew Smith, Regan Smith-Stubbs, Erika Holm (Silas Dowen), Peter Holm and Monica Callan (Adelaide Rooney); and his siblings, Brian Holm (Kathy Nuissl) and Gretchen Holm (Jim Atkinson). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and their children.
