She is survived by: her spouse Rutgers; her children, Bob Withey (Brenda Ellwood Withey) of South Burlington, Kym Maynard of Duxbury and Ted Withey (Dagny Hoff) of Montpelier; her grandson Dylan Maynard (Jaclyn Maynard); her great grandchildren, Carter, Gianna, Jackson and Isaiah; Chelsea Frost-Tessier (Brandon Tessier), Treyton and Zyris.
