She was predeceased by : her parents, James Howell and Florence Howell (Washburn); and her brother James Howell, Jr.. She is survived by : her husband Brian Blanchard of Montpelier, VT; her daughter Sally Blanchard-O'Brien (Sean O'Brien) of Burlington, VT.; and her sisters, Linda Horton of Waterloo, IA, Charlotte Holmquist of Rochester, VT and Paula Davis of Alexandria, VA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
