It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Dion Sr. (Montpelier, Vermont), who passed away on September 11, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrien Dion and Camilia Dion (Chaloux); his siblings, Guy Dion and Jeannine Abare (Thomas Abare); Cora Joeckel.
He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Cindy Noyes (Michael Noyes), Ronald Dion, Jr. (Arta Dion) and Shawn Dion (Jessica Pinkans); his granddaughters, Elena and Grace Noyes; his brother Robert Dion; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Dion and Jean Ferrar. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and his.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine's Catholic Church (16 Barre St, Montpelier, VT 05602).
