He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Callnan; his children, Brian Callnan (Orsolya), Pamela Hartman (Justin), Linda McCuen (James) and William John Callnan III (Nicole Ballere); his brothers, Timothy Callnan (Susan), Paul Callnan (Cindy), James Callnan (Cheryl) and Peter Callnan (John Hennessey); his mother-in-law Bernice Schaaf; his grandchildren, Torin, Luca, Cora, Aidan, Keian, Levon, Gavin, Evelyn, Hayden, Madison and Yvonne Roberge; his uncle Francis (Ellen); his aunt Mary; Richard Mitchell II. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Saint Augustine's Catholic Church (16 Barre St, Montpelier, VT 05602).
