He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Maynard and Margery Maynard (Mann). He is survived by: his wife Wilma Maynard; his children, Steven Maynard (Brenda Beaudin), Stuart Maynard (Lana), Patricia Young (Joseph Young II), Pamela Deal (Gary Deal) and Scott Maynard; and his grandchildren, Joseph Young III, Jason Young, Jennifer Larson (Young), Nichole Schwab (Deal), Nicholas Deal, Heather Albrecht (Maynard), Bonnie Hannon (Maynard), Thomas Maynard, Merrie-Beth Cleary (Maynard), Megan Jacob (Maynard) and Stephen Maynard. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jerry's memory to the Waitsfield Masonic Lodge, the Mad River Valley Ambulance, or Central Vermont Home, Health and Hospice.
