He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandmother Frances Smith; his great-grandparents, Harry and Julia LaFountain; his parents, Arthur Gordon Tanner, Sr. and Beverly Eldred; his stepfather Kermet Eldred Sr.; and his siblings, Beverly, Kermet, Debby, Valerie, Pamela and Darlene.
