We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2021, at the age of 65, Nelson B. Severance Jr. of Morrisville, Vermont, born in Middlebury, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson B. Sr. Severance and Jacqueline Severance (Bodette); and his nephew Paul Anthony Savage. He is survived by: his children, Michelle (Melissa Sansone), Christopher (Casey) and Philip; his former wife Diane Severance (Bettis); his grandchildren, Keegan and Kensley Severance; his siblings, Brian Severance and Patricia (Bernard Savage, Sr.); and his nephew Philip (Myshon "Missy" Dana). He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, cousins, and other extended family and friends.

“Bart was friends with my whole family when we were younger, sometimes spending Thanksgiving and other holidays with us. When we were about 30 I was appointed Bart's financial guardian and we spent lots of time together and got very close. I continued this until Bart was able to handle his own finances. Unfortunately, over the years we had lost touch but he would sometimes cross my mind and I always hoped he was doing well. My condolences to his whole family. Robin Falta”
