We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2024, at the age of 69, Carol Ann Audy of New Haven, Vermont, born in Middlebury, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Sherman and Bertha Sherman; and her nephew Mark Sherman. She is survived by : her husband Keith Audy; her sons, Jeffrey (Chelsea) and Jonathan (Roxanne); her siblings, Linda Valentine (Danny) and Larry Sherman (Shari); and her grandchildren, Ethan, Isabella, Vivienne, Morgan, Colin, Silas, Garrett and Jillian.
