She is survived by: her mother Danette Bashaw (David Blouin) of Lyndonville; her children, Jasmine of Newport, VT, Esmarie Forthun of Newport, VT, Phoenix of Newport, VT and Bradley Burnett of Newport, VT; her grandparents, Cheryl Murphy of Lyndonville and Ronald Marshall (Marilyn) of Canada; her siblings, Cassandra Bashaw, Cody Bashaw, Shauna Murphy and Christopher Swanstrom; her half-sisters, Kassandra Donovan and Karlie Bortlein; and her uncles, Shaine Marshall (Tiffany), Greg Marshall (Helen) and Reneé Marshall (Bill). She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
