With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Eileen Williams of North Bennington, Vermont, who passed away on June 4, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Loomis and Mae Loomis (Lee); her husband Harold Williams; her son-in-law George Elwell; and her siblings, LeRoy, Bernard, Clifton, George, Ronald Loomis, Bertha Greene, Marjorie Herrick, Jeanne Bean, Shirley Christian and Donna Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Lorine Elwell of North Bennington, VT, Judy Kraenzle of North Bennington, VT and Harold "Jay" Williams, Jr. (Laura Ashline) of Hobart, NY; her grandchildren, Allison Cricco (Matthew), Elizabeth Elwell, Zachariah Kraenzle, Jocelyn Kraenzle, Tanner Williams (Michelle Hornbeck) and Carsen Weichman (Chase); her great grandchild Jett Weichman; and her siblings, Jacqueline Harrington (Philip) of Shaftsbury, VT, Robert Loomis of Shaftsbury, VT and Dennis Loomis (Virginia) of Bennington, VT..
