He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Higgins and Leona Higgins (Holcomb). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Higgins of West Rutland; his daughter Laura Elizabeth Higgins (Christian Saunders) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Callum and Maeve Saunders; and his sister Theresa Higgins.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (637 N Shrewsbury Rd, North Clarendon, VT 05769).
